The title of this post is 'How To Go To Wollongong With Public Transportation From Sydney', so you may think it would be difficult to travel to Wollongong from Sydney.

# Here are my fool ways

During my travels in Australia, I trusted Google Maps, which drove me into danger or ease. Like I had done, I opened the app and searched 'How to go to Wollongong from Sydney'.

- **T8 train -> 960 bus -> T4 train -> SCO train -> 57 bus**

4 transit. Oh my god. It is not unusual. But what could I do? No car. Only having feet was the only thing.

So, I began the journey to Wollongong. 
First, the T8 train was simple. As I had arrived from Sydney Airport to Sydney CBD, it was in the reverse direction. easy.

Second, the 960 bus was a little bit hard to find. Because I was not familiar with Google Maps distance. It seemed so far, but I realized it was just 30 meters over there. After waiting 10 minutes, the 960 bus finally arrived at the station.

Third, the T4 train was easy due to my experience in Sydney. Like a light-rail(tram is called as a light-rail in Sydney), it's easy to get on.

Fourth, at the waterfall station, I transferred from the T4 train to SCO. It refers to the South Coast Line.

Here is the thing. **Just getting on the SCO is all about to go to Wollongong**. I didn't know about the SCO line courses. I just trusted Google Maps. Of course, Google Maps gave me the directions based on the right time. But it was a tough journey. If I knew the SCO line, I would get on from the Town Hall Station (Sydney) to Wollongong Station without any transfer. :(

So, please, don't make a mistake like me. Search enough, and if Google Maps directions are too complicated, then search for the train site.
